2013
Insitec sells the SME portion of its business, allowing the Company to focus on Government and Defence market.
2020
Insitec acquires ICTPA panel membership and a number of ICT sustainment contracts from DMV (Exeter) Results in addition of 60 resources.
2022
Insitec acquires The Network, a specialist technology recruitment business.
2023
Insitec (via Birdon) is contracted to design and build the C5I System for the US Coast Guard Waterways Commerce Cutters. Insitec (via Raytheon) contracted by Defence for MMEW.

Insitec participates in Australian Army’sC4Edge program as the systems integrator for the program, successfully demonstrating sovereign capability in the delivery of C4I products and technologies.

Insitec acquires the remaining 35% of Horizon Defence Systems and establishes Insitec Group Holdings Pty Limited.
